Upgrade a contract.

• To upgrade a contract, users can select Smart Contract in leftbar.
• Select Upgrade for the contract you want to upgrade.
• After running the build command to generate the JSON file, you can upload the JSON file.
• Next, click Upgrade to initiate the multisig transaction. After submitting the request, you need to obtain enough voter approvals for the transaction to be executed.
